А подскажите пожалуйста, как сформулировать по-английски фразу, с помощью которой можно было бы узнать у позвонившего, по какому вопросу он звонит. Наверняка есть какая-нибудь такая, принятая в деловом языке. Аналог нашей фразы "а вы по какому вопросу?"

Определите, являются ли подчеркнутые формы глаголы to be, to have, to do самостоятельными или вспомогательными. Определить видовременную форму (время и залог)
1) St Petersburg was not the first Russian city have a tram line.
(Самостоятельные глаголы, active, Past Indefinite)-правильно?
2)Forest products have been part of human life throught the ages (passive, Present Perfect, have- вспомогательный) Правильно?

Контекст -

есть такая программа Selfin для изучения английского языка
там тебе выскакивает фраза на русском, а ты вписываешь её на английском и потом сверяешь в ответом.. в общем, там все вопросы со словом SOME
например
who wants some jam?
но насколько мне известно, в вопросительных предложениях всегда употребляется ANY
я ведь права? или бывают исключения?
выходит, если я права, то в программе допущена грубая ошибка?
