Хочу обратиться с маленьким вопросом: как правильно употребить глагол need после слова "staff" в предложении
"He noted that consular staff "need special professional education as well as special human traits""? Мне говорят, что окончание s не нужно, а я считаю, что staff - это все-таки 3-е лицо и надо needs. Я понимаю, что вопрос глупый, но очень хотелось бы узнать правильный вариант. Спасибо заранее.
