Больше всего боюсь ошибок с местоимениями, знаками препинания и артиклями. Хотя, думаю, и других косяков полно...

All of us have our own ideas and dreams about a perfect home, because "home" can't mean the same to everybody. A person’s home is as much a reflection of his personality as the clothes he wears, the food he eats and the friends he spends his time with. I'm sure that for all people home is not just a place to live in. Home is your little world where you live according to your own rules and interests. There are many kinds of dwellings, that's why everyone can choose a house he or she likes: cottage, terraced house, semi-detached house, detached house, villa, bungalow, block of flats or penthouse.

Now days I live in a block of flats, but I dream to move into a separate house. My ideal house would be a comfortable well-planned two-storey cottage; it should be situated in a quite ecologically clean place. It is because I am fond of nature, fresh air and I want to have calm and measured rhythm of life. In addition, I would like to live in the house, without neighbours, that my house stood lonely, somewhere at edge of city or a village.

My house of dream is a house with a verandah and a penthouse on which it is necessary to rise on a screw staircase. In this house, there should be a garden and small garden pond. I would like, that around of my house grew a fruit-trees.
Near the front side should be a facade with columns and steps up to the front door. There are also two balconies to enjoy a lovely view.
In the house of my dream, there should be not less than seven rooms: a vestibule, a drawing room, a dining room, studies for the work and also kitchen and two bathrooms. It would like to me that in my house necessarily is the fireplace on a ground floor. Moreover, that the furniture in the house was wooden. I want have all modern conveniences in my house, such as central heating, electricity, gas, cold and hot running water and telephone.

In such house and place I would like to live, and, leaving house for a while, always to come back.

Нужно at, мне кажется. Live in а house, но live at home. In a home означает гос.учреждение для престарелых, обездоленных и т.д.

Опять же, не ошибка, но я бы сказала: live by your own rules. Звучит более гладко.

Немножко неудобно звучит, мне кажется (= Being rather fond of nature and fresh air, I'd like to have a calm and measured rhythm of life. Besides, I'd like to live in a house (no comma) without neighbours which would stand separate (lonely скорее к живым организмам, или же очень метафорично и поэтически про предметы), somewhere in the suburbs of the city (= on the outskirts of the city).

Не очень хорошо звучит, хотя и грамматически верно. The facade should have columns and steps leading up towards the front door.
