2.1. By this time next year I will have finished my degree course.
2.2. Her Majesty is to open a new Thames bridge next week.
2.3. My secretary's just confirmed the arrangements. We are going to go on a 6.30 flight.
3. I'll attend the conference next week. I will have recovered from this flu by then.
4. - If I had eaten breakfast several hours ago, I wouldn't be hungry now.
- I would fix your bicycle if I had a screwdriver of a proper size
- Had I know, I would have told you.

И как правильно - "What a nice tea!" Или "What nice tea!" ?

Вообще от контекста зависит. По идее второй вариант предпочтительней, ибо слово tea неисчисляемое, соответственно, неопределенный артикль тут не к месту. С другой стороны, если вы про ту самую единственную чашечку чая говорите, которую сейчас пьете/уже выпили, то есть имеете в виду "мне тут чашечку чая налили, какой же он чудесный", тогда можно и первый вариант. Но тогда бы, наверное, было так: What a nice cup of tea! А раз про чашку ничего не написано, то лучше использовать 1 вариант.
