As the years go forward our life becomes faster, a lot of new things appear, our mind develops and it cannot stop. Nowadays we cannot imagine our life without inventions, we live surrounded by machines. We can appear in different point of earth within a day and can say «hello» to people who live in another point of the world. Every day either a new gadget is invented or an old one is improved, day to day appear more and more new things.
Different people appreciate new inventions differently. Some suppose that sophisticated gadgets are really useful and necessary, while others find them absolutely awful as they influence people badly. As for me, I think that gadgets make people`s lives easier.
Devices can save a lot of time as well as storage space, but we even don’t think about who and when invented it. One of the greatest inventions, in my opinion is contact lens.
A contact lens, or simply contact, is a lens placed on the eye. Contact lenses are considered medical devices and can be worn to correct vision, for cosmetic or therapeutic reasons. In 2004, it was estimated that 125 million people use contact lenses worldwide.
