Case in restaurant

Once Mike has got acquainted with the girl under the Internet. They communicated within one month, and at last decided to meet, on the nearest holidays. Mike has offered to lead time in restaurant. However, he was very much surprised, when the girl chosen the best restaurant in city. Mike tried to convince her, he told that there are many other interesting places, where they could go, but the girl was not consent. Mike was not rich, therefore he hesitate any time, but nevertheless has agreed. He obviously has not to appreciate his financial position. However, he has borrowed from the friends the quite good sum of money, in hope, that it will suffice.
Also there has come long-awaited day. Mike unexpectedly recollected that he has not reserved a place in restaurant. When he called, has appeared, that in restaurant there were no vacant tables. Did not remain of other exit how to go to restaurant and tell to the girl about all. But when Mike has come, he has already seen that the girl sat at a little table and waited for him. She was in a magnificent evening dress in the latest fashion.
"Excuse, that I was late," - told Mike, - "You look wonderfully!"
"Oh, thanks," - the girl answered. - "Sit down, I'm glad to see you. Well what we shall order?"
"All that you wish," - Mike answered.
"Well, I would not refuse the crabs in wine sauce, salad from the shrimps, and on a dessert any ice-cream. What would you like to drink? I'm not against Shardone."
"I shall be same," - Mike answered.
Mike caused the waiter made the order. The evening passed superb. They had fun, told each other about themselves and joked. Having heard a favorite melody, Mike invited the girl to dance. They have received a lot of pleasures and absolutely overlooked about time. "It was the delightful evening," - the girl told.
"Yes, it was pleasant very much to me," - answered Mike.
At this moment the waiter has come and put on a table the account. Mike cautiously looked at the account and stroked. His money sufficed only on half of cost. He was perplexed what to do. The girl looked at the waiter and discontentedly told:
"Take away this account to yourself"
"Sorry, 1 shall do it," - waiter uncertainly answered.
They send from restaurant and stopped near the road.
"How did you make it?" - exclaimed Mike
"What exactly?" - asked the girl.
"As... The waiter... The account... I do not understand..." - told Mike
"Oh, you about it. This waiter still new worker, probably he has not remembered me yet. By the way, absolutely forgotten tell you that I work in this restaurant... as the director."
