There are a lot of ways of keeping fit: do running or swimming, yogi, work out in a gym or play team games. Everybody choose himself what gives the best fit. What criteria help us to do it?
Firstly, you need to define for what purpose we start to do one or another sport. For example, to grow thin, to strengthen muscles or become more lissome. Swimming develops muscles better than running, while team games help to lose more calories, and gym promotes stretching.
Secondly, in our non-stop life rhythm availability of one or another kind of sport is always important. As for me this the one of the determinative factors, because it's difficult to make time for going to the swimming pool situated on the other side of the city. That's why I'm for team sport – and exactly for soccer. There is no need in coach for it, if you don't want to be a professional of course. You have only to go to the nearest football ground or just go out to your yard and call friends. Besides, except restorative effect this game gives me a lot of pleasure. Several years ago I played soccer professionally and was in our city team.
To sum it up I can say that it's only your thing to what sport you'll give preference, but personally me, because of some reasons pointed out above, choose team games.
