1) The main goals were for 2 weeks to develop a strategy of launching a new product in Russian,
Ukrainian and Kazakhstan markets and to make forecasting of its developing.Main responsibilities were to analyse Russian market of a product, to create a sale and price strategy for it and to design a final presentation.
2) For 1 week to make a strategy of a town development in the Republic Karelia which included developing the pupl and paper plant manufacturing and improving local business environment for small-sized companies.
3)One of the business cases was about how to transform an infamous town without any
sightseeing to the centre of the tourism in Russia
